Michael and Brenden were excellent. Brenden drove me home after drop off and picked me up to collect my car. Very customer service friendly. Recently relocated to the area and had not had the car in a dealership for at least 15 years, as I was using private Euro mechanic. This experience has changed my feeling about dealerships, will most probably use them in the future.
I was referred to the dealership for a repair another shop could not resolve. The representative got me in immediately and kept me informed of the process. I was very happy the technicians were able to identify and repair the issue swiftly and effectively with minimal cost to me. I was back on the road in no time!

Great sales people and an easy process from information gathering to purchase. There was a lot of demand for the new Land Rover Defender, but the sales people helped expedite everything with a minimal of hassle. Would buy at Jaguar Land Rover Reno again.

I was visiting Tahoe for a 1-week vacation driving about 500 miles from Orange County. Halfway on my way to the mountains my Land Rover Velar started to lose power and I decided to pull it over. When I did that, the engine didn't want to start. After a few tentative attempts, it started and I made Tahoe but with a "check the engine" lamp in my dash. I left a message on Sunday to JLR Reno to check if there were any openings on Monday so they could see my vehicle. Promptly on Monday at 7:30 a.m. ...
